The 2017-18 season is imminent, so here at Mountain Spaces HQ we have been dusting off the recipe books and menu testing our favourite dietary requirement recipes, ready for the winter!
First up, cakes! Our Monday morning this week was spent trying out new recipes and creating mouth-watering gluten and dairy free cakes.
The results are in… and they were delicious!! Amongst the many dishes above is our Gluten Free Orange and Polenta cake ( centre). Also pictured above is our Gluten and Dairy Free Raisin and Banana flapjacks (on left).
And for breakfast? It’s got to be Gluten free Raspberry and Blueberry pancakes.
At Mountain Spaces we understand that after skiing, food is often the highlight of a catered ski holiday and although we don’t have much control over the mountains or the weather, we take our food preparation very seriously, striving to produce delicious home cooked meals, cakes and breakfasts using the freshest local ingredients no matter what allergies a guest may have.
We feel that all of our guests deserve to have the same memorable dining experience, so we work hard on making our menu as adaptable as possible, taking the time to train our chefs so they are super flexible.
