Most people only get one week in a year to enjoy themselves on the slopes so how do you make sure you make the most of it? Being generally fit and healthy is a good start but skiing a fairly unique sport in the muscles that it uses and the way they’re used.

Mountain Rehab offer sports massage and physio treatments in resort both in our chalets and in their private treatment rooms. All of their staff are professionally trained, friendly and ready to keep you fit and healthy and on the slopes.
