Prices for peak weeks (New Year, Half Term and Easter) are sold on sole occupancy of the chalet basis only as quoted above.

Dietary Requirements
We will remind you on your booking form but please ensure you inform us of any special dietary requirements before you arrive.
Booking and paying for your holiday
From the time of requesting a booking form you have a two day option during which time a provisional booking will be made. After this period this option is extended at the discretion of Mountain Spaces until the required payment to secure a booking has been received.
Once this option has expired, if the payment required to secure a booking has not been received then the provisional booking will be cancelled and the accommodation for that period will be considered available and offered for sale.
For bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance of departure, a deposit of 150 Euros per person is required in one payment from the group leader to secure a booking of the chalet.
Payment of any outstanding amounts will be required at least 8 weeks before your departure date.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before your departure date, payment of the full amount will be required to secure a booking
All payments will be taken in Euros. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Payment by credit or debit card will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
Payment can be made by IBAN or SWIFT bank transfer. Click here to download a copy of the details you need to take to the bank. All transfers must be made in Euros and you should include your booking reference in the transfer reference.
