Prices for peak weeks (New Year, Half Term and Easter) are sold on sole occupancy of the chalet basis only, as quoted above.

Check In and Out

Check in for all our chalets is from 4pm on your arrival day. If you arrive before this time you are welcome to leave your luggage at the chalet and stroll into the village. Check out on your departure day is at 10am. If your transfer is not until after this time you can leave your luggage in storage and return for the transfer. Bathroom facilities are available until 3pm.

Dietary Requirements

We will remind you on your booking form but please ensure you inform us of any special dietary requirements before you arrive.

Booking and paying for your holiday

From the time of requesting a booking form we will reserve you holiday for 48 hours under a provisional booking. This option is extended at the discretion of Mountain Spaces until the required payment to secure a booking has been received.

Once this option has expired, if the payment required to secure a booking has not been received then the provisional booking will be cancelled and the accommodation for that period will be considered available and offered for sale.

Prices are quoted as standard in GBP sterling, prices may be requested in Euros.

Once a booking has been confirmed any remaining payments must be made in the same currency.

For bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance of departure, a deposit of £150 (€150 for bookings in Euros) per person is required in one payment from the group leader to secure the booking of the chalet.

Payment of any outstanding amounts will be required 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday payment of the full amount will be required to secure a booking

Payments in GBP Sterling can be made by bank transfer.

Payments in Euros can be made by bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard. Payment by credit or debit card will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
